SHIPPING
- All orders are shipped within 3-7 days after the order is placed. This may vary according to product availabilities. Which may have a 4-6 week turnaround.
- We ship worldwide. Below you will find details on shipping costs and approximate delivery times.
- Your order or delivery address may only be changed if your order has not been shipped yet. If you would like to change your order or address please contact us immediately!
- We are not able to ship to PO Boxes
- Express shipping time frames do not include processing time. Although we try to
prioritise express shipping orders we cannot guarantee the processing time will be shorter. - Eventually, shipments to non-Australian countries may be eligible for customs taxes and additional feed. In all cases, these costs will be held by the buyer and will
be at the given customs office. We are NOT responsible for any additional charges you may encounter during shipping such as taxes, fees etc...settles - As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email from which you will be able to track your order.
RETURNS/EXCHANGE
If the items you have received are faulty, if they have been wrongly described, or are different from a sample shown to you, or do not do what they are supposed to do, then you may elect to exchange the items, receive a refund or credit. If the items fail to be of acceptable quality you are entitled to have the Goods repaired. In these circumstances we will also reimburse the return shipping costs. All items must be returned in their original condition to enable a refund, credit, or exchange. They must be sent with a tracking number and fully insured. We cannot exchange or refund any piercings.
In some circumstances and in our sole discretion, if you change your mind, or if the items are the wrong size, we may also offer a refund or exchange provided the items are returned in their original condition within 15 days of receipt by you. We do not reimburse the return shipping costs for change of mind. We also charge a re-stocking fee which is 20% of the total price of the items. If you wish to return something you purchased using AfterPay we can only offer an exchange of goods or store credit. You will continue to be charged by AfterPay until you have paid all your instalments.
In some circumstances, if the items are defective and need to be repaired or serviced, we will repair or service the items, and additional fees will apply. For example, if they need repairing due to accident, misuse, alteration, or abnormal wear and tear. Please notify us at info@arigiselle.com and we will provide a quote.
We cannot provide a refund if it is a special order to customer specification, or if items have been engraved or modified as per your request.
