DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that some international shipments may be eligible for additional custom duty fees and taxes depending on the countries tax policies.  Any additional charge will be the buyer’s responsibility.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

We are committed to ship your order as soon as possible. Please allow 3-5 days to process your order. Please note: If your product is out of stock, a 4-6 week turnaround will apply.

Approximate transit times are:

Australia - 2-5 business days
Europe - 5-15 business days
USA - 10-25 business days
Rest of world - 10-30 business days

These estimated delivery times do not include processing time!

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. You will be able to track your order online. If you are having issues with tracking please contact our customer care at info@arigiselle.com

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All our fine jewellery items are rigorously reviewed for quality assurance.

We do not accept returns unless the items are delivered in a bad condition or if there are doubts in production quality. If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us immediately at info@arigiselle.com

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

Exchanges are accepted under the following cases:

  • I received my order in bad condition
  • I got my size wrong and I’d like to change sizes

In all cases, all products up for an exchange need to be in perfect condition and with no evident signs of usage, or else we will not be able to proceed with an exchange. Earrings cannot be exchanged due to hygiene purposes. It is your responsibility to provide with the right packaging to make sure all items arrive at our facilities in perfect conditions.
